About the Role:
Ready for a senior tax role where your judgment carries weight? As Senior Tax Manager, you'll lead complex engagements, advise clients on important decisions, and help develop the next generation of tax professionals. You'll have the freedom to build lasting client relationships and a meaningful role in growing the practice.
What You'll Do:
Lead tax compliance, planning, and advisory engagements for individuals and businesses.
Review and sign federal, state, and local returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and other entities.
Turn complex tax issues into practical strategies that help clients plan ahead.
Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to expand the practice.
Coach Tax Associates and Senior Tax Associates while overseeing quality, budgets, workflow, and deadlines.
Use tax technology and research tools to make the team's work more efficient and client service even stronger.
What You'll Bring:
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field and an active CPA license or EA certification.
8 to 12 years of progressive public accounting tax experience, including complex individual and business returns.
Strong federal and state tax knowledge, technical research skills, and a track record of thoughtful tax planning.
Experience leading engagements, developing staff, and communicating clearly with clients.
The ability to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
