Role Overview
We are recruiting for a Fully Remote (you can be based anywhere in the world) Full-Stack Developer who will take ownership of core product features from day one. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role working directly alongside the founding team to build consumer-grade interfaces that integrate seamlessly with DeFi protocols, aggregators, and crypto APIs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced startup environments and is energised by the opportunity to shape a product from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities

Lead development across both frontend and backend, delivering features end-to-end.

Architect and build integrations with leading DeFi protocols, DEX aggregators, cross-chain bridges, and data providers.

Develop polished, performant user interfaces using Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS.

Design and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js (TypeScript), PostgreSQL, Redis, and WebSockets.

Operate with a high degree of independence, proactively identifying issues, proposing solutions, and executing with urgency.

Collaborate closely with the founding team to define technical direction and product strategy.
Requirements

3–5+ years of hands-on experience in crypto/Web3 development (DEXs, wallets, aggregators, DeFi protocols), or demonstrable exceptional aptitude with strong proof of capability.

Strong proficiency with Next.js, React, and TailwindCSS for building intuitive, high-quality interfaces.

Solid backend experience with Node.js/TypeScript and PostgreSQL—writing clean, secure, and scalable code.

Proven track record of integrating with crypto APIs, DeFi protocols, and third-party aggregators.

Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

High intellectual curiosity and a relentless drive for problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have

Experience with account abstraction (ERC-7702 smart wallets).

Deep understanding of DEX/AMM mechanics, bridges, and liquidity management.
