Assistant Property Manager
Are you an experienced LIHTC property management professional looking for a stable opportunity with a collaborative team and room for continued growth? Our client is seeking an Assistant Property Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Assistant Property Manager
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of a LIHTC/tax credit community
- Help oversee onsite operations and support community performance goals
- Work closely with onsite staff and assist with team coordination
- Support resident relations and conflict resolution in a professional manner
- Assist with LIHTC compliance and affordable housing requirements
- Partner closely with upper management on projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
- Help ensure smooth community operations and a positive resident experience
What we’re looking for:
- Previous LIHTC/Tax Credit property management experience
- AppFolio experience is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
