General Manager

Position Summary:
The General Manager owns the entire store- people, sales performance, operations, and guest experience. This role is accountable for hitting budget, developing leaders, and ensures value is driven through a guest-centric experience.
Job Duties:
· Sales Leadership & Floor Execution (Including Ups Management)
· Customer Experience & Guest Support
· Inventory Management, Promotion Control, & Cash Handling
· Facilities & Building Oversight
· Culture Management & Communication (Including Huddle Leadership)
· Store Operations & Standards
· Talent Development & Coaching
· Scheduling & Team Management (Including Conflict Management)
· Training & Performance Management
· KPI Reporting & Management Meetings
Required Qualifications:
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required. College degree, preferred.
· Experience: 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in high-volume or furniture retail environment, required.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
· Physical Demands: Standing/walking for extended periods; occasional lifting.
· Work Environment: Retail Sales Floor
· Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required.
