Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, California. The role requires exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a warm and detail-oriented attitude.
• Oversee front desk coverage, manage calendars, and facilitate meeting arrangements.
• Handle daily office tasks such as sorting mail, managing deliveries, and maintaining office supplies.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and light clerical tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline daily operations and workflows.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and detail-oriented front office environment.
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Assist in coordinating concierge services to enhance visitor experiences.
• Ensure all phone inquiries are handled efficiently and transferred appropriately.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a fast-paced office setting.
• Strong skills in managing multi-line phone systems and directing calls effectively.
• Ability to provide concierge-level services with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, including scheduling and data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and staff.
• Skilled in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
