Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)
\n Alamosa, CO | 13 Weeks | Start ASAP | Full-Time
\n
Assignment Details:
\n • Location: Alamosa, Colorado
\n • Duration: 13 weeks
\n • Schedule: Full-time, typically 5x8s (facility-specific hours to be confirmed)
\n • Setting: Inpatient and/or outpatient rehab (facility may vary)
\n
Requirements:
\n • Active Colorado OT license (or ability to obtain before start)
\n • Minimum 1 year of OT experience
\n • Experience in acute care, SNF, or outpatient preferred
\n • Current BLS certification
\n • Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
\n
Duties:
\n • Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, or mobility impairments
\n • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
\n • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team
\n • Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility and regulatory standards
