How will you make an impact?

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a strategic partner to customers, supporting the evolution, execution, and adoption of concrete AI initiatives.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Convert business requirements into well-designed, high-performing AI agents.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead delivery across multiple concurrent complex agentic projects that receive maximum visibility both from customer side as well as from the NiCE perspective.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the entire development lifecycle.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Shape agent behavior through conversational design, product intuition, and performance data.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Surface data-driven action items and iterations that sharpen both customer outcomes and internal decision-making</li>

Have you got what it takes? 
Education & Background
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline (or demonstrated equivalent experience).</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">An MBA or similar experience combining technology and business operations is a notable advantage.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects at once.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">History of rallying cross-functional teams toward delivery in demanding environments.</li>
</ul>
AI & Technology Expertise
<ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Solid grasp of software development fundamentals, product management, and engineering workflows.</li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You won't be writing code daily, but you need enough technical depth to hold your own alongside engineers and PMs.</li>
