Our firm offers flat fee rates for uncontested matters and fixed, monthly rates for contested proceedings, allowing clients to better manage their legal expenses. It also allows our attorneys to avoid billable hour requirements. 
 
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney located in Las Vegas with some work from home flexibility. The Family Law Attorney will represent clients from start to finish in their cases from initial filings, drafting pleadings, negotiations, mediations, court, and client communication. 
 
Qualifications

<li>Experience in Family Law and handling various Legal Issues</li>
<li>Proficiency with drafting and filing Motions</li>
<li>Licensed to practice law in the state of Nevada</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school</li>
