Responsibilities include:
- Incoming and outgoing traffic is managed properly.
- Matching available sales associates with customers utilizing an up system
- Security protocols managed
- Keep station neat and tidy, be present as much as possible
- Assist in projects as needed as they can be done at the desk.
The ideal candidate will enjoy meeting and engaging with people, working in a group team dynamic, be able to successfully close sales, and communicate a humble and patient presence. While previous sales and/or jewelry store experience is a plus, excellent communication and relationship-building skills are key.
