RN Staff Educator - LTC Located in Bennington, VT A beautiful skilled nursing facility located in Bennington, VT&nbsp;is looking for a strong, experienced RN Staff&nbsp;Educator. Responsibilities of the RN Staff Educator:
<ul>
<li>
Plans, conducts, and coordinates training programs to ensure all nursing and facility staff meet state and federal regulatory standard
</li>
<li>
Develop targeted educational programs based on findings from internal quality improvement audits, facility needs, and state licensing or certification surveys
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications of the RN Staff Educator:
<ul>
<li>
Must have long-term care/nursing home experience
</li>
<li>
Must have a valid Vermont RN license
</li>
<li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well with residents, families, and the care team
</li>
<li>
Leadership mindset with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others to deliver high-quality care
</li>
<li>
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage training schedules and documentation
