**Position Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our autobody shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality, while maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all daily production activities of the autobody shop.
- Supervise and lead production staff, including technicians and support personnel.
- Monitor and ensure quality control standards and practices are adhered to.
- Manage workflow to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
- Develop and implement production schedules and allocate resources appropriately.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain and enforce safety protocols and guidelines in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance processes.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure the availability of necessary parts and materials.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and management.

- Proven experience in production management within an autobody or automotive repair environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
