We are seeking an Information Maneuver Operations Integrator to support missioncritical operations at Camp Lejeune, NC. This role serves as the senior officer responsible for II MIGs readiness, certification, and force generation, acting as the principal advisor to the II MIG Commander.
The billet provides centralized oversight to ensure deployable forces are certified, interoperable, and prepared to execute Information Warfare missions in support of MEU and Joint operations.

What Youll Be Doing

• MDTU Pre-Deployment Training Program (PTP)
  • Design and execute a standardized MDTU PTP aligned to MEU METLs.
  • Ensure training integrates:
    • Cyber operations
    • Electronic Warfare (EW)
    • Space support
    • Intelligence (ISR / Counter-ISR)
    • Influence operations (MOS 1751)
    • Tactical Data Link (TDL) / C2 integration
    • Certify MDTUs for deployment through objective evaluation criteria.
    • Integrate MDTU training into MEU workups (CERTEX, COMPTUEX, SLTE).
  • Ensure alignment with Force Design 2030 and II MIG modernization goals
• MOS 1751 OJT Program
  • Develop and maintain standardized OJT progression for Influence Specialists.
  • Align OJT to:
    • IW planning frameworks (Generate / Preserve / Deny / Project)
    • Targeting cycle integration
    • Narrative & action synchronization
  • Certify 1751s for
    • MDTU integration
    • MEU deployments
    • Joint LNO assignments
• Liaison Officer (LNO) Program
  • Establish training and certification pipeline for II MIG LNOs
  • Train LNOs in:
    • Joint Planning Process (JPP)
    • MEU staff integration
    • Targeting Working Groups
    • FECC synchronization
    • Certify LNOs prior to deployment.

What You Bring to the Fight

• Experience in:
  • Marine Corps T&R processes
  • Joint Training System (JTS)
  • MCTIMS & DRRS-MC reporting
  • Curriculum Development (ISD methodology preferred)
  • Operational Planning (JPP / MCPP)
• Prior experience in:
  • MEU workups or SLTE
  • Information Warfare integration
  • MDTU or ICE construct preferred
