Concrete Finisher – Madison, WI
Pay: $25–$35/hr based on experience

Joint Construction is looking for experienced Concrete Finishers to join our team in the Madison area.
Responsibilities:
- Finish and smooth concrete surfaces
- Operate hand and power finishing tools
- Set forms and prepare concrete for finishing
- Perform edging, floating, troweling, and other finishing techniques
- Maintain a safe and clean jobsite
- Work with a crew to complete concrete projects
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of concrete finishing experience
- Must be a current Wisconsin resident
- Basic hand tools
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and with a crew
