What Youll Do
- Leading diverse teams of engineers, surveyors, and planners on projects that matter, think utilities, transportation, environmental mitigation, and more.
- Managing contracts, budgets, schedules, and deliverables with confidence and clarity.
- Sealing engineering documents and ensuring everything meets the highest standards.
- Helping launch our new Washington branch office and shaping its culture.
- Supporting business development and building lasting client relationships.
What You Bring
- A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited).
- PE license in Washington (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Tech-savvy with tools like Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe, and cloud systems.
- Familiarity with WSDOT LAG Manual and municipal codes.
- Willingness to travel, conduct site visits, and attend public meetings.
- A valid U.S. drivers license and a clean driving record.
