This full-time onsite role runs from November to March, focusing on a manageable caseload of approximately 40 students in grades PreK–4. You will also handle new evaluations across early childhood and K-4 grades, actively participate in the MTSS/problem-solving process, and be a valued part of the student support team. Key Qualifications:
- Current Illinois SLP License (State and Discipline specific)
- Professional Educator License (PEL), if required
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students from PreK to 4th grade
- Conduct new student evaluations (Early Childhood to grade 4)
- Collaborate as part of the MTSS/problem-solving team
- Maintain clear documentation and progress tracking
- Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and staff
