If so, we would love to talk with you about joining our team as a full-time Warehouse Associate/Local Delivery Driver at our Traverse City location.
Position Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate/Local Delivery Driver, you will spend part of your day making local deliveries to customers and the remainder assisting with warehouse operations. You will be responsible for safely transporting products, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and on time.
When working in the warehouse, you'll assist with receiving inventory, pulling orders, stocking products, and maintaining an organized work environment.
This position offers a variety of responsibilities and opportunities to contribute to the success of both our customers and our team.
Responsibilities:
-Delivery Operations
- Safely deliver HVAC/R products to customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and traffic laws
- Load, unload, and verify orders to ensure accuracy and product quality
- Provide professional customer service and communicate feedback to management
- Complete required vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, safe delivery vehicle
-Warehouse Operations
- Pick and verify customer orders using handheld RF scanners
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Locate and stage products for delivery or customer pickup
- Maintain inventory accuracy and a clean, organized warehouse
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Chauffeur's License
- Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
- Excellent driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to safely load, unload, and transport products
- Previous delivery, warehouse, forklift, or distribution experience is a plus

Hourly pay based on experience.
