Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve a full caseload of 200-250 workers' compensation files of varying complexity.

Lead a team consisting of a Case Administrator/Paralegal and a Legal Assistant.

Represent clients at WCAB proceedings, including Status Conferences, MSCs, Expedited Hearings, Lien Conferences, and Trials.

Utilize paperless, cloud-based systems for case management and documentation.

Deliver exceptional legal services impacting the lives of injured workers.
Qualifications:

Active member of the State Bar of California.

Minimum 3 years of Workers' Compensation experience (or willingness to train recent law graduates).

Strong written, verbal, research, and negotiation skills.

Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Spanish language skill is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:

Experienced: $145,000-$175,000; Entry-level: $100,000-$115,000 (plus bonuses and car allowance).
