Full Stack Developer (Agentic AI Experience)
Location: Full-time Remote (occasional on-site requirements)
NIRA Inc., a fast-growing women-owned small business, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to drive enterprise process automation and workflow modernization initiatives. You will design, build, and maintain modular, secure, and scalable software solutions that streamline compliance workflows, automate data validation, and integrate with enterprise systems. This role emphasizes expertise in Python, Databricks, and Azure environments, with additional responsibilities integrating platforms such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Azure Storage. You will also contribute to cutting-edge Large Language Model (LLM) and agentic AI development.
Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development & Automation
- Design and develop modular applications using Python, Databricks, and Azure.
- Automate compliance and data validation workflows across domains.
- Implement backend logic for structured/semi-structured data ingestion (CSV, JSON, PDFs).
Full Stack Application Development
- Build and enhance lightweight web applications for analyst workflows.
- Develop API-driven integration and large-scale ingestion pipelines (200k+ rows/day).
LLM & Agentic AI Development
- Integrate LLMs into automation workflows for analysis, validation, and decision support.
- Develop and deploy agentic AI frameworks to orchestrate multi-step processes.
- Apply retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and API-driven AI pipelines for scalability.
Agile Delivery & DevSecOps
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, static code analysis, and containerized deployments.
- Maintain version-controlled repositories.
Security & Compliance
- Ensure solutions meet cybersecurity, data governance, and accessibility standards.
- Securely manage secrets with Azure Key Vault and apply best practices in secure coding.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Create Markdown-based documentation (environment setup, CI/CD, runbooks, playbooks).
- Support knowledge transfer during team transitions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define workflows, data rules, and integration points.
- Provide technical support and assist with user onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in full stack development, with strong backend automation experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Databricks, and Azure cloud services.
- Experience in workflow automation and process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Haystack, Semantic Kernel, or similar).
- Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Azure Storage integration.
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code analysis, Docker/Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale data ingestion and processing.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices in software engineering.
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident and eligible for Public Trust (T1) clearance.
