- Recruit, train, and develop real estate agents
- Oversee day-to-day team operations and performance
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and accountability
- Ensure compliance with brokerage standards and policies

- Manage sales pipeline and track team performance metrics
- Contribute to business development and community presence

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Active Arizona real estate broker’s license
- Proven track record of closed transactions and leadership skills
