Location: Middletown
Shift: Monday–Friday 6:30AM-3PM
Pay: $19.00/hour + DOE
Schedule: Full-time with possible overtime
Duration: Temp to Hire
Signature Staffing is hiring Assembly / Production Associates for a well-established manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on experience looking for a stable 3rd shift role with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform hand assembly of electronic components and cable assemblies
- Read and follow work instructions, prints, and schematics
- Operate manual and semi-automated production equipment
- Complete final assembly, packaging, and inspection of products
- Accurately record production data and maintain quality documentation
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed
- Follow all safety, PPE, and company procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read instructions or blueprints
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
