Position Summary:At The Inverness Denver, a Hilton Golf & Spa Resort, the Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for our spa guests and plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional, relaxing, and professional experience. This position supports the daily operations of the spa by welcoming guests, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a serene and organized environment consistent with Hilton brand standards.The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival, check them in for services, and provide facility tours as needed.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and schedule appointments accurately.
- Communicate effectively with spa therapists and leadership regarding schedules, guest preferences, and daily operations.
- Process payments and manage point-of-sale transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa front desk, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Stock locker rooms, treatment areas, and guest amenities.
- Ensure the spa environment remains clean, calm, and welcoming at all times.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support daily spa operations and special events as needed.
Schedule & Availability:
- Approximately 20–30 hours per week.
- Saturday and Sunday availability required.
- Weekday shifts may vary based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Close attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn spa scheduling systems.
- Previous spa, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred but not required.
