We’re looking for a reliable and attentive Night Security Officer to help keep our guests, team members, and property safe throughout the overnight hours. As part of the DoubleTree by Hilton Chico team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a secure, welcoming environment while representing our hotel’s commitment to exceptional service.
Compensation:
$16.90 - $17 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Patrol hotel property, including interior and exterior areas, to ensure guest and team member safety
- Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or guest concerns
- Monitor security cameras and access points throughout the property
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
- Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuations or medical situations
- Support front desk and overnight staff as needed
- Ensure all doors, meeting spaces, and restricted areas are properly secured
- Provide courteous, professional interactions with guests at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations
- Comfortable working overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically able to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
