Job DescriptionAdvanced Asset Management (AAM) is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at a multifamily community in Aurora, Colorado. This role is responsible for overall property performance, team leadership, resident satisfaction, and financial results.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relationsLead, train, and hold the on-site team accountable to AAM standardsManage budgets, expenses, rent collections, and delinquenciesDrive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retentionEnsure compliance with Fair Housing, local/state laws, and AAM policiesConduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal and asset integrityQualifications3+ years of multifamily property management experience (Community Director/Property Manager preferred)Strong leadership, financial, and customer service skillsExperience with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, RealPage, etc.)Knowledge of Fair Housing and New Mexico landlord-tenant lawsCAM, ARM, or CPM designation a plusWhy AAMAt Advanced Asset Management, we value accountability, operational excellence, and creating strong communities.
