Growth Lead - New York City (Onsite)

We are looking for a Growth Lead with 5+ years of experience to own our growth program and take the company to the next level. You will own the execution engine that generates qualified sales conversations across all target segments. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role that's imperative for our continued business growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Own growth across markets, including targets, budget, levers, and results
  • Design and test new GTM motions, including the entire activation media mix
  • Build repeatable campaign playbooks for product launches and feature releases
  • Partner with engineering and onboarding teams to improve conversion funnels and maximize user activation
  • Work closely with the rest of our team and CEO to make investment decisions as we balance speed of growth and long-term profitability

Seniority

5+ years of experience in growth-focused roles.

Work experience

Owned top-of-funnel growth programs from ideation to execution.

Has a significant 'win' or achievement in their background. Something that makes you say wow (e.g.,Stanford/Harvard, qualified for the Olympics, etc)

Was the first or second growth hire at a B2B startup and has been responsible for success.

Hard skills

Proven ability to design, run, and evaluate multi-channel growth experiments.

Miscellaneous

Able to work in person from the NYC (Flatiron) office.
