KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Services:Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check-ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit:Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Must be detail oriented.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting:Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration:Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Skills:Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem-solving skills and independence.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
