Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our customers' equipment. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and servicing our products at customer sites across US.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
· Mainly to refresh end user devices
· Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
· Repair and replace defective components
· Install new equipment and systems
· Provide technical support and training to customers
· Maintain accurate and detailed service records
· Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a related field
· Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Excellent customer service skills
· Valid driver's license
· Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
