We’re hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to lead day-to-day hotel operations and drive performance across all key departments. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll partner closely with ownership and the General Manager to elevate guest experience, team performance, and profitability.

What You’ll Own

• Lead daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Engineering
• Ensure seamless coordination between departments and consistent service delivery
• Drive revenue growth while managing costs and improving operational efficiency
• Handle guest experience, escalations, and service recovery
• Coach, train, and develop staff to build a high-performing team
• Review financials, budgets, and KPIs; implement cost-saving strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of progressive experience in hotel operations or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
• Solid problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership mindset
• Comfortable being on the floor and leading from the front
