Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Jira Cloud Administrator position for our client.
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – Phoenix preferred; New York or Sunrise, FL also considered)
Duration: Ongoing Contract
Duties:

Administer and optimize Jira Cloud for the Enterprise Technology / Agile Solutions team.

Configure workflows, fields, dashboards, permissions, automations, and integrations.

Support Agile teams with Jira enhancements, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance.

Ensure system integrity, perform audits, and maintain compliance.
Skills:
-
Strong Jira Cloud administration expertise.
-
Proficiency with workflow design, automation rules, dashboards, and permission schemes.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Atlassian Cloud ecosystem.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience:
-
Prior Jira Cloud Administrator experience in enterprise environments.
-
Experience supporting Agile teams and Jira integrations/add-ons.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
