We are seeking a 100% commission-based Interior Design Salesperson to join our team! Are you a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for beautiful interiors? We're looking for the right person to join our team.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with clients to create stunning, functional spaces specializing in flooring and window treatments.
- Schedule appointments, travel to client job sites, measure the project, and manage your sales from the initial consultation to the final reveal.
- Cover Showroom Floor Days, including some Saturdays, to connect with walk-in clients and showcase vendor samples.
- Some lifting of vendor samples is required
- Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships
- Prepare and process client contracts, documents, workflows, and orders with basic computer knowledge.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven sales experience with an emphasis in the home improvement industry.
- Familiarity with flooring and window treatments is desired
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer experience
This is an exciting commissioned position for someone who likes meeting new people and working in interior design.
