Administrative Assistant
Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center – Memphis, TN
Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
Highlands Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a high-level Administrative Assistant to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This position serves as a professional point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and employees while assisting with office operations, scheduling, communication, reporting, and special projects.
Job Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous administrative or office experience preferably in healthcare

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Job Responsibilities:
-
Provide administrative support to the Administrator and facility leadership
-
Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, presentations, and other administrative documents

Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper

Manage administrator meetings & appointments as needed

Assist with data entry, tracking reports, and maintaining accurate records

Support managers with administrative projects and special assignments

Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator
