Typical Shift Length: Approximately 10 hours Available Shifts:
- 4:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Job Summary We are hiring dependable Pallet Sorters for a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position involves manually sorting, inspecting, stacking, loading, and unloading pallets while maintaining production and safety standards. Responsibilities
- Sort and inspect pallets for quality.
- Remove debris and damaged materials.
- Stack pallets according to specifications.
- Load and unload pallets and materials by hand.
- Maintain accurate production records.
- Keep the work area clean and safe.
- Meet established productivity and performance goals.
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50–75 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk, turn, and lift throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy warehouse conditions.
- Basic reading, math, and computer skills.
- Reliable attendance and flexible availability.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Must successfully complete required background screening and drug testing.
- Required PPE must be worn, including safety shoes and applicable eye and hearing protection.
