Location: Hybrid Remote (2 Weeks Onsite Training in Miramar, FL)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Level 1 Dispatch Service Desk Representative to join our hybrid support team. This early-morning role is critical in ensuring smooth communication, efficient dispatch of field technicians, and accurate ticket handling. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in structured environments and can operate independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to incoming service tickets, emails, and calls during assigned hours.
  • Accurately log, categorize, and document incidents within the ITSM/ticketing platform.
  • Dispatch field technicians based on geography, availability, and issue severity.
  • Track technician activity and job progress to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved or high-priority issues to Level 2/3 support as needed.
  • Adhere to all documented procedures, SLAs, and escalation protocols.
  • Maintain clear and courteous communication with both clients and internal teams.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and issue triage when applicable.
  • Ensure smooth hand-off of all open items to the afternoon support team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or IT certifications a plus
  • 1+ years’ experience in a customer service, service desk, dispatching, or call center role
  • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, ConnectWise, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of IT terms, systems, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment with consistent performance

Preferred Skills:

  • ITIL Foundation certification or understanding of ITIL-based workflows
  • Experience in 24/7 or shift-based support environments.
