Real Estate Mentor


We are looking for an experienced and licensed real estate professional who wants to learn to lead, mentor agents, and continue growing a strong personal business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for producers who enjoy coaching, collaboration, and helping others develop real skills within a structured training and accountability environment.


First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+


You will work directly within a coaching and training program that supports both in-school and active agents who are seeking structure and guidance. As a mentor, you will help agents learn the fundamentals of real estate production, business planning, and client relationship development, while continuing to expand your own production and professional presence.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach new and experienced real estate agents through structured training sessions
  • Guide agents in goal setting, business planning, and time management
  • Lead accountability meetings to track progress and provide feedback
  • Support agents with transaction challenges and client communication strategies
  • Provide consistent follow-up and motivation to help agents meet performance goals
  • Model effective lead generation, negotiation, and conversion systems
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve coaching materials and training delivery
  • Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture within the office and coaching program


Qualifications:

  • Active real estate license with 2–3+ years of experience
  • Proven track record of production and client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
  • Knowledge of lead generation, CRM systems, and real estate best practices
  • Ability to coach agents with varying experience levels and learning styles
  • Highly organized, dependable, and goal-driven
  • Team-oriented mindset with a desire for continuous personal and professional growth
