About the Role
Our firm is supporting a large, national multifamily housing organization with the rollout of an AI-driven leasing and resident engagement platform across its property portfolio. We are seeking a contract EliseAI Implementation Specialist to support a large-scale go-live by assisting with system configuration, knowledge base updates, and implementation coordination. This role is operational in nature and ideal for someone with experience supporting software implementations in a property management environment.
This is a full-time contract role (40 hours per week) running from May through August. Job Description
The EliseAI Implementation Specialist will partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful deployment of the platform across multiple sites. Responsibilities include configuring system settings, updating and organizing knowledge bases, and providing hands-on support throughout the implementation process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the implementation of the EliseAI platform across a multifamily housing portfolio
- Configuring system settings such as user roles, permissions, and workflows
- Updating, maintaining, and validating knowledge bases to ensure accuracy and usability
- Assisting with go-live preparation and post-launch support
- Collaborating with operational teams to address questions and troubleshoot issues
- Supporting documentation and implementation-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required
- Experience supportingproperty management software implementations in an operational or business environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage configuration and documentation tasks
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the contract (MayAugust)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working with web-based platforms and internal systems
Preferred
- Prior experience with EliseAI
- Experience with property management software implementations
- Exposure to multifamily housing, real estate, or property management operations
- Experience supporting large-scale system go-lives or portfolio-wide deployments
