We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Helper for a 1st shift position, working from 6 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. This role involves a variety of tasks across two adjacent plants, providing support in maintenance, fabrication, and CNC machining.
Responsibilities
- Sort and receive materials.
- Pack finished goods.
- Prepare items for shipping.
- Load and unload trucks and handle materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.
- Perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance schedules.
- Verify and measure incoming material shipments.
- Operate a HILO to move products.
- Perform small maintenance and custodial tasks, including mowing, snow removal, emptying trash, and cleaning equipment.
- Conduct scheduled checks of the facility and equipment for necessary repairs.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
- Adhere to safety and quality policies at all times.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using mechanical and hand tools.
- Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting experience.
- Experience in preventive and facilities maintenance.
- Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, HILO, and overhead crane.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in metalworking and fabrication.
- CNC machinery operation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
