Listing Agent Opportunity


We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to grow a listing-focused business while earning rewarding commissions and building long-term success through coaching, structure, and consistent activity. This opportunity is ideal for an agent who wants to strengthen seller relationships, improve presentation skills, and develop a predictable approach to generating listings.


You will learn how to create listing opportunities through prospecting, follow-up, and meaningful seller conversations. Working alongside experienced agents, you will gain exposure to pricing strategies, market positioning, listing consultations, and the communication skills that help sellers feel confident throughout the process.


Through ongoing mentorship and real-world experience, you will continue developing the habits that support consistent production. The focus is on building a strong listing pipeline, improving organization, and learning how successful agents manage opportunities from the initial conversation through closing.

Compensation:

$150,000+ at plan


Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments
  • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly
  • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing


Qualifications:

  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Superb communication
  • Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
