Dental Tech Advisor, Full Arch Cases

We are seeking a Dental Tech Advisor with Full Arch experience to support complex implant restorations in a high-volume, quality-driven dental laboratory. This role is ideal for a seasoned technician or support professional who understands full arch workflows, enjoys problem-solving, and excels in communication with both dentists and lab teams.
You will play a critical role in reviewing inbound cases, resolving technical issues, and ensuring cases meet both internal standards and client expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Review full arch and implant cases before routing into production
- Support lab technicians, sales teams, and dental clients with product recommendations and technical input
- Verify prescription details, clarify discrepancies, and recommend solutions when needed
- Document all updates, adjustments, and client communications in the lab software system
- Ensure cases meet design, esthetic, and functional requirements prior to final delivery
- Troubleshoot equipment or workflow issues and recommend improvements
- Help maintain a safe and organized production environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a dental lab or technical support role, preferably with full arch and implant cases
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, implant terminology, and digital workflows
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in lab management systems and digital documentation
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to work independently and across departments to resolve issues quickly
