Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations: Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades to ensure the facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained.

• Supervise maintenance team: Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and support staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure effective performance and compliance with safety protocols.

• Develop and implement maintenance plans: Create and implement maintenance schedules, warranties, and preventive maintenance programs to maximize the lifespan of equipment and reduce downtime.

• Manage budgets and expenses: Oversee maintenance budgets and expenses, ensuring costs are reasonable and within budget parameters.

• Ensure compliance with regulations: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards, related to maintenance and operations.

Requirements:

. 1 year of experience in maintenance leadership or a related field

• Strong supervisory and management skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull equipment as needed

• Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Knowledge of maintenance software and systems
