What You Will Do
\n
\n
You will report directly to Dr. Luis Rios and own the full patient growth engine outside the consultation room. That means developing and executing business development strategies to drive new patient volume, managing and reactivating our existing patient database, overseeing lead follow-up pipelines across Meta ads and social media channels, coordinating appointment availability and scheduling to maximize OR utilization, identifying partnership and referral opportunities in the community, and bringing creative ideas directly to leadership to grow the practice.

This role sits at the intersection of patient experience, business development, and operational execution. You will have a direct line to the physician CEO and your ideas will be heard and acted on.

What You Bring

\n
You are a natural relationship builder who also loves digging into numbers and systems. You are proactive, not reactive. You do not wait to be told what to do, you see the opportunity and move toward it. You are comfortable with CRM tools, have strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and you get genuinely excited about helping people take a step that changes their life. Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, business development, or patient relations is a strong plus.

Base salary of $52,000 per year with on target earnings above $150,000 through a performance structure tied directly to patient growth and revenue outcomes. You will work directly alongside the physician CEO, have real influence over the direction of the practice, and be part of a team that celebrates every win together.
