Position Summary
As the Lead Security Guard, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the safety of our patrons, staff, and property. This leadership role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You’ll be the key figure in managing security operations and setting the standard for safety at our venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the security team during events and daily operations.
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all patrons, staff, and property.
- Conduct regular security checks and patrols throughout the venue.
- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances.
- Enforce venue policies and procedures to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Train and mentor security team members to uphold high standards of professionalism.
- Collaborate with management to assess and improve security protocols.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and logs as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols, including emergency response procedures.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform security duties effectively.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to providing a safe environment.
