Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be
responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. This is not meant to be a
complete list of responsibilities and or qualifications.

Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Spring & fall property cleans ups
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Maintain good working relationship with building owner/tenants

Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields to include but not limited to:
HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Irrigation, Building Control & Security Systems
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Minor carpentry
Ability to handle physical workload
Light Interior Demolition
Ability to climb a ladder

Must Haves:
Set of basic hand tools
"Can Do" attitude
Valid Driver License
Owned, reliable transportation
