Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $22–$28/hr + Overtime & Bonuses
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Type: Permanent/Direct Hire
About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, PLC, and conveyor systems in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Handle electrical troubleshooting (240v/480v motors, wiring)
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems
- Use PLC troubleshooting to support plant operations
Work Environment:
- Temperature: The work environment is a cold food manufacturing facility maintained at 40 degrees.
- Amenities :The facility offers great break areas and long-term benefits.
- Safety Focus: There is a strong focus on safety.
- Schedule: The work schedule is 6 days on, 2 days off, with double time pay every Sunday worked and 1.5x pay for time worked over 8 hours on each shift.
- Shifts:
- 1st shift – 4 am to 2:30 pm
- 2nd shift – 2 pm to 10:30 pm
- 3rd shift – 11 pm to 7:30 am
PAY - $25 - $28 an hour, Depending on Experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
Full benefits 95% coverage for individual insurance 2 weeks PTO for first year. $.30 - $1 raise guarantee each year Union company.

This is a fully onsite position in OKLAHOMA CITY,OK.
