We're hiring a driven, results-oriented person to join our Washington, UT team as a full-time On-Site Diesel Technician! THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR ON-SITE DIESEL TECHNICIAN
THE SCHEDULE:
Typical hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime is also available.
YOUR ROLE:
- Working out of your service truck to complete high-quality repairs, maintenance, and welding services on location (NOT in a shop)
- Providing professional roadside assistance and performing accurate computer diagnostics
- Welding steel and aluminum parts as needed
- Repairing and servicing mechanical and electrical components, including engines, drive-trains, exhaust systems, lights, fuel systems, air conditioning units, and more
- Changing oil, replacing fluids, and tackling other general maintenance
- Fully taking care of issues to get the vehicle back in safe operational order
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience
- Valid driver's license
- Self-motivation to do an excellent job and stay on task throughout the day
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- PREFERRED - CDL
- PREFERRED - Industry certifications
