PCA Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred
Ability to assist with personal care tasks and mobility support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass a background check
This is a W-2 contracted position
Job Details:
Full-time opportunity
Caseload details will be provided during the interview process
Provide one-on-one support to students throughout the school day
Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and feeding as needed
Support behavioral and academic goals under teacher supervision
Hourly pay rate: $25+/hr
