Tasks
Handle case intake and delinquency evaluations
Prepare and review legal pleadings
Manage post-judgment collection efforts
Conduct hearings, trials, and negotiations
Communicate with clients and manage case updates
Supervise staff and manage large caseload
Qualifications
Licensed attorney in Colorado
3+ years of collections or litigation experience
Strong knowledge of FDCPA
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage high-volume workload
