Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness across three properties located in the Austin area, Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts)
Maintain landscaping and exterior grounds at all locations, including mowing, trimming, and general upkeep
Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
Conduct basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Perform interior and exterior painting as needed
Repair and maintain tables, chairs, and other furniture
Power wash patios, walls, sidewalks, and other surfaces
Complete general handyman tasks and minor repairs throughout the properties
Ensure all three properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
