Location: Clatskanie, Oregon
Pay: $21–$22/hour, DOE

Join Community Access Services (CAS) as a Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our 24-hour residential program in Clatskanie, OR, and play a crucial role in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll provide individualized care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with daily personal care (hygiene, dressing, mobility support)
- Help individuals build independent living and social skills
- Encourage participation in community and recreational activities
- Follow and implement individual service plans (ISPs)
- Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive living environment
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the best care possible
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with IDD individuals is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to become a company driver
- Ability to pass a national background check
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
- Strong communication skills, dependability, and a passion for supporting others
