Position: Accounting Supervisor
Pay: $50.00/hour (Contract)

Location: Guntown, MS
Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Accounting Supervisor to start IMMEDIATELY at $50.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Lead key accounting functions including financial reporting, ledger management, and compliance with GAAP
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections
- Support cash flow management and banking transactions
- Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and inventory valuation
- Assist with audits, internal controls, and ensure SOX compliance
- Maintain ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365), troubleshoot issues, and optimize data accuracy
- Coach and develop accounting team members; support continuous process improvements
- Collaborate with various departments to support operational and financial goals
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
Qualifications:
- Strong background in Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Experience managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and inventory procedures
- Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Leadership skills and ability to support process improvements
