Position: Engineering Technician
Responsibilities:
-
Perform electrical and environmental testing on inductor components.
-
Operate automated winding and custom injection molding equipment.

Assemble and solder micro-electronic test samples; assist in custom product builds.

Support engineering with process development and equipment assembly/testing.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on manufacturing equipment.

Document procedures and input/extract test data using Microsoft Office and specialized software.
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or R&D technician role.

Skilled with test/manufacturing equipment, hand tools, soldering tools, and microscopes.

Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic math.

Able to interpret specs, procedures, and mechanical drawings.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Effective both independently and in team settings.
Preferred (Not Required):
- A.S. in Electronics or Engineering Technology.
- Experience with environmental testing, injection molding, or micro-manufacturing.
