We’re on a mission to build something special — and we need a world-class AI & Automation expert to help us do it.
As our AI & Automation Systems Architect, you’ll take the lead on designing and building smart, scalable systems that drive sales, marketing, lead generation, and business growth. You’ll work with tools like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and Clay to build innovative automations. You’ll also be in charge of reporting and insights through Microsoft Power BI.
This isn’t just about efficiency — it’s about growth. We want someone who can bring creativity and innovation, experiment with new tools and automations, and make bold suggestions that drive impact.
Compensation:
$5,000 – $10,000 month DOE
Responsibilities:
AI + Automation Tools (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Clay)
- Design and implement smart automations that support lead gen, sales, marketing campaigns, onboarding, and internal workflows
- Build and document automations using no-code/low-code tools — and explore new ones like Clay for advanced data workflows
- Integrate AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into systems to enhance personalization, decision-making, and scalability
CRM Optimization + Workflow Design
- Customize and automate CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
- Build marketing and sales automations: lead scoring, follow-up sequences, outbound workflows, smart routing
- Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure seamless integration with external tools
Power BI + Data Visualization
- Design real-time dashboards for marketing, sales, operations, and leadership
- Connect CRM, ERP, and third-party sources to build meaningful KPIs
- Provide actionable insights that lead to smart business decisionsMarketing
Automation + Growth Innovation
- Build automated campaigns, nurture flows, and outreach systems that grow our pipeline
- Experiment with creative automations to boost reach, conversion, and ROI
- Work alongside our marketing team to brainstorm and deploy high-impact workflows
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For:
- Expert in Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and ideally, Clay
- Strong CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
- Power BI pro: Data modeling, DAX, report building
- Experience integrating AI tools (OpenAI API, GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience with ClickUp, Airtable, Notion, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting and solving big problems
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience creating growth-focused automations
- Have used Clay for enriching data and creating powerful outbound workflows
- Can think outside the box and build automations no one else would’ve considered
- Want to grow into a leadership or fractional CTO role
